JKC argues aircraft sale against approved resolution plan; NCLAT reserves order

The fate of the sale of three Jet Airways aircraft to Ace Aviation hangs in the balance, as the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal reserved its orders in the case on Tuesday.
Jalan Kalrock Consortium, the successful bidder for Jet Airways, had filed an appeal opposing the sale of the aircraft as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai.
