Jet Privilege goes for brand revamp; to be known as ‘InterMiles’

NEW DELHI: JetPrivilege, the loyalty rewards programme of Jet AirwaysNSE 3.19 %, rebranded itself as InterMiles, dropping the name of its bankrupt parent that stopped flying in April due to want of funds.

InterMiles will “encompass both the award-winning loyalty and rewards programme (previously, JetPrivilege) and the ubiquitous rewards and recognition currency (previously, JPMiles),” Jet Privilege Private Ltd. said.

InterMiles has more than 250 airline partners globally and 150 other partners including aggregators such as easemytrip. Jet Airways owns 49.9% of Jet Privilege Private Ltd., while Gulf carrier Etihad Airways owns the rest.
