Jet Airways’ lenders to invite Expressions of Interest for bidding on Monday
MUMBAI: Jet AirwaysNSE 1.62 %’ lenders, led by the State Bank of India, will invite expressions of interest from investors tomorrow (Monday) to bid for a stake in the stressed airline.
Whereas earlier, the lenders had announced the bids would be thrown open on April 6 and have to be submitted by April 9, the new opening and closing dates are April 8 and April 10. The document for the expressions of interest will uploaded on the websites of SBINSE 0.06 % and SBI Capital Markets, which is overseeing the process, at midnight.
The EOI will be invited even as the lenders await certain approvals from the Reserve Bank of India on the resolution plan, said a person close to the development.
