Jet Airways falls; little scope for revival, sources say

Shares of Jet Airways Ltd fell as much as 7.68 per cent to Rs 125.1.

The Government sees little hope of a bidder emerging for debt-laden airline, two senior finance ministry officials said.

At present, Jet Airways has a debt of about $1.2 billion (approximately Rs 8325 crore)

The airline lost over half its market value this year as of Friday’s close.
