IOC scraps maiden green hydrogen tender after bidders cry foul, move court
State-run Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) on Monday has cancelled the tender for setting up the first green hydrogen plant at the company’s Panipat Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Haryana following controversies over alleged conflict of interests with prospective bidders moving court to challenge the bid process which eventually saw a solo bid from a IOCL-led consortium.
