Inflated power bills continue to raise consumers’ hackles

Though most restrictions imposed during the Covid-induced lockdown have been withdrawn and life is fast returning to near normal, the billing system of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) keeps giving ‘shock’ to a good number of consumers in the industrial capital of the state and elsewhere.
