IndiGo plans to allow 100% capacity in domestic flights, two-thirds internationally

IndiGo, one of Asia’s largest economical airlines is planning to run its domestic flights at a 100 percent capacity by December.

Meanwhile its also aiming a little over two thirds in the international travel in the wake of the easing pandemic restrictions and a spike in demand to move.

Things are gradually improving, said Ronojoy Dutta, CEO, IndiGo, in a conversation with Bloomberg. He added that it was hard not to be bullish with the rising traffic.

Dutta explained that the current load factor for IndiGo is about 70% while the yield is expected to go up in the upcoming months.
