IndiGo operates 1500 flights daily; up 22% annually

IndiGo, India’s largest domestic carrier, today said that the airline now operates a total of 1,500 daily departures across its network of 83 domestic and international destinations, registering an increase of about 22% during the 2019 calendar year.

“IndiGo expanded its operations to 11 domestic and 8 international new destinations inclusive of multiple exclusive and virgin routes, increasing its portfolio by 22%, between January to December 2019,” said a statement from the company.
