IndiGo inaugurates its second MRO facility at Bengaluru

MUMBAI: India’s largest carrier IndiGo inaugurated its second maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) facility at Kempegowda International airport last week.

The airline has a 20-year pact signed with Bengaluru International Airport for the facility. IndiGo’s primary MRO facility is at its base in Delhi airport.

“The 13,000-sq mts hangar is built on five acres of land and is the second largest maintenance facility at the Bengaluru Airport,” said IndiGo in a press statement issued on Wednesday.
