Indigo flight diverted to Mumbai after ‘human bomb’ threat on Kuwait–Hyderabad route
A Kuwait–Hyderabad IndiGo flight was diverted to Mumbai on Tuesday after authorities received a threat message warning of a human bomb onboard, ANI reported. The warning came through a detailed email sent to the Hyderabad airport. Officials treated it as a “specific and credible threat.”
Following the alert, the aircraft landed safely in Mumbai. It was moved to the isolation area, where security teams began a full check of the plane. Emergency responders were on standby. So far, there has been no information about how many passengers were on board.
