IndiGo employs around 50% of total foreign pilots working in India: Government
NEW DELHI: Budget carrier IndiGoNSE 0.01 % employs around 50 per cent of the total number of foreign pilots working in India, data presented by Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday showed.
A total of 404 foreign pilots are working in India as of June 10 this year, it stated.
Out of these, IndiGo has employed 199 pilots, it showed.
