IndiGo crisis: DGCA deploys oversight team at airline’s Gurgaon HQ; flight ops under lens
NEW DELHI: The ministry of civil aviation has constituted an oversight team to monitor IndiGo’s operations amid large-scale disruptions reported across multiple airports.
In an order dated December 10, 2025, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced that the move aims to address passenger inconvenience caused by flight delays and cancellations. The team comprises senior officials, including deputy and senior flight operations inspectors.
