Indigo apologises after Shark Tank judge Anupam Mittal criticises airline for ‘inhumane’ treatment of passengers – Here’s what happened
India’s largest domestic carrier, IndiGo, was once again in the spotlight after Shark Tank judge Anupam Mittal took to X, formerly Twitter, expressed his discontent with the airlines, criticising it for what he views as “inhumane” treatment of its passengers.
What did Mittal say?
Mittal pointed out notable delays encountered on two distinct flights, bringing attention to problems such as inadequate air conditioning and the failure to provide ticket refunds.
In his post on X, Mittal wrote, “What happened to you IndiGo?” He added that the Mumbai-Delhi flight stood over 45 minutes on the tarmac without AC so that the airline could keep its costs down.
