Indian Railways today, January 17, cancelled almost 300 trains due to operational, maintenance and safety issues. Apart from this, 78 additional trains have been partially cancelled today. As per railways cancellation and refund rules, tickets purchased on the IRCTC website will automatically be cancelled, and a refund will be credited in the user original payment account.
