India wind power association moves Delhi High Court
The Indian Wind Power Association (IWPA), Northern Region Council, has filed a writ petition in the Delhi High Court challenging the validity of the new terms and conditions for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) for renewable energy generation regulations, 2022 published by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) on 28 May.
