India to explore lithium in Argentina
India’s Khanij Bidesh India Limited (KABIL) and Argentina’s state-owned enterprise of Catamarca province have forged an agreement to explore lithium
An official statement this is the first ever lithium exploration and mining project by an Indian government company. KABIL will start exploration and development of 5 lithium brine blocks in Argentina. The project cost is about 200 crores.
