India, Bangladesh gives impetus to cross-border energy corridor
NEW DELHI: The 2nd Project Review Monitoring Committee (PRMC) meeting for the India-Bangladesh Friendship Pipeline project was successfully held between both the countries here on Thursday in what can be viewed as a concrete step in cross border connectivity corridor.
The meeting was held in the atmosphere of great cordiality and warmth notwithstanding recent controversy over Citizenship Amendment Bill, officials said.
