IGL Q4 results: Co’s net profit jumps 31% to Rs 332 crore

NEW DELHI: Indraprastha Gas Ltd NSE -0.24 %, India’s largest CNG distribution company, on Friday reported 31 per cent rise in January-March net profit on the back of an increase in sales volume. The company reported net profit of Rs 332.08 crore, or Rs 4.73 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2020-21, compared to Rs 252.63 crore, or Rs 3.62 a share, in the previous year, the company said in a statement.
Turnover rose marginally to Rs 1,700.52 crore from Rs 1,697 crore in January-March 2020.
