Hyderabad: Dug up before last Bonalu festival, Bhavaninagar road not fixed

Hyderabad: “The road was dug before last year’s Bonalu fest; this year’s festival has also passed but we have not got our road,” said a senior resident of Bhavaninagar in Old Bowenpally, pointing to the dug-up road awash in rain water.

There is not even a narrow path for a two-wheeler to pass. Road users either turn back and make a detour, or venture into the muddy water for a bumpy ride, praying they don’t fall into the water.
