HAL Q2 revenue jumps 32% to Rs 3,451 crore

Bengaluru: State-owned Hindustan AeronauticsNSE 0.73 % on Wednesday reported a growth of 32 per cent on revenue from operations to Rs 3,451 crore for the quarter ended September this year. The company had reported revenue of Rs 2,610 crore in July – September quarter of the previous fiscal.

“The company’s performance is a result of streamlining the production uniformly so as to even out the seasonality of business leading to bunching of revenue during the third and fourth quarters of the financial year. This has resulted in uniform revenue in the first two quarters of the current financial year 2019-20 as compared to the corresponding previous period of 2018-19,” the official release stated
