Green energy only solution for future power requirements in eco-friendly manner: Arora
Punjab New and Renewable Energy Sources, Information and Public Relations Minister Aman Arora, on Wednesday, said that green energy is the only solution to meet future power requirements in an eco-friendly manner and the Government has continuously been working on several initiatives to find out sustainable sources of energy.
The cabinet minister presided over a brainstorming session, ‘Bijli Mahotsav’, jointly organised by the PSPCL and Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA) at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET), Longowal.
The minister said that the state government was committed to save the environment of Punjab by replacing the traditional sources of energy with green energy,
