Greaves Cotton to set up multi-brand EV stores
CHENNAI: Multi-brand auto retail is now coming to the EV eco-system. Greaves Cotton has announced it will introduce a multi-brand EV retail platform under the brand name- ‘AutoEVmart’ bringing together all-electric vehicle-related products such as two-wheelers, three-wheelers, electric cycles along with accessories under one roof.
AutoEVmart platform will stock a wide range of electric vehicles including both in-house Greaves brand Ampere Electric to other EV brands.
Nagesh Basavanhalli, MD and Group CEO of Greaves Cotton, said, “This is part of the Greaves retail network and will be asset-light with the franchisee-owned franchisee-operated model.
