Govt invites EoIs for Pawan Hans strategic divestment
The government has sought expression of interest (EoIs) from interested parties for selling its full shareholding of 51% and management control in mini-ratna central public sector enterprise Pawan Hans Ltd through strategic divestment.
The department of investment and public asset management (DIPAM) has given interested parties time till January 19 to submit bids.
