Goods train derails after colliding with stationary coach

The horror of Bahanaga returned once again in the South Eastern Railways when 12 bogies of a goods train on Sunday derailed after colliding with a stationary relief coach at Onda station in Kharagpur-Bankura-Onda section, Railway sources said adding the reason of the accident would be known only after a thorough investigation.

This is the second accident in less than a month’s time bringing back the horrific memories of the Coromandel Express mishap at Bahanaga near Balasore killing about 290 people.
