GoAir to cancel more flights this week due to delay in new aircraft, engine delivery

Budget airlines GoAir will cancel some of its flights owing to a delay in delivery of new aircraft and engines, the company said in a statement. In the coming week, the scheduled flights and those for which the ticket sales are open would be affected, the airlines added.

At present, the carrier has grounded at least seven aircraft out of the 42 A320neos it operates. From the end of last year, the airlines had cancelled dozens of flights due to delay in aircraft deliveries.
