GMR Infra hits fresh 52-week high on raising divestment stake in GMR Airports
Shares of GMR Infrastructure gained over 4 per cent in Thursday’s early trade after the company said it has decided to increase the transaction size by agreeing to divest 49 per cent stake in GMR Airports (44.44 per cent earlier) to TRIL Urban Transport, a subsidiary of Tata Realty and Infrastructure.
The scrip jumped as much as 4.38 per cent to hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 25, while the benchmark BSE Sensex was up 123 points, or 0.29 per cent, at 41,996 at around 10.15 am (IST).
