Give 30 units of free power in your states first, AAP dares Congress

NEW DELHI: After Congress released its manifesto, which promised 300 units of electricity and 20,000 litres water free every month, Aam Aadmi (AAP) Party MP Sanjay Singh dared the grand old party to make even 30 units of electricity free in Congress-governed states.
“Tall talks will not serve any purpose. Congress should explain the electricity tariff in Congress-governed states,” Singh claimed. The AAP leader said that during its 15 years of governance in Delhi, frequent hikes were witnessed in electricity tariff. “No one will believe Congress’s promise,” he added.
