GHMC circle offices shift to solar power

Hyderabad: To reduce lakhs of rupees worth monthly power bills, circle offices of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation have switched over to solar power systems.
Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TSREDCO) and GHMC have signed a ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MoU) for taking up the installation of Solar PV plant, for Rs 3.50 crore, according to an official release issued here, on Monday.
