German BIKAR Aerospace to set up advanced centre at Aequs‘ Belagavi Aerospace Cluster

NEW DELHI: BIKAR AEROSPACE GmbH has zeroed in on the Belagavi Aerospace Cluster (BAC), operated by Aequs Infrastructure, to establish an advanced Aerospace Service Centre. BIKAR has also opted for a strategic presence at Aequs SEZ in Belagavi, North Karnataka, to provide storage and customised processing of semi-finished products made of aluminum, titanium, super alloys and other aerospace metals.

Aequs chairman & CEO Aravind Melligeri said: “We are excited with the addition of BIKAR to the Aerospace Ecosystem at BAC, India’s first notified precision engineering and manufacturing SEZ. BAC hosts a vertically integrated manufacturing ecosystem with co-located capabilities that deliver an end-to-end manufacturing value stream.
