GAIL to consider issue of bonus shares next week
NEW DELHI: PSU stock GAIL today announced that it would consider the issue of bonus shares at a board meeting next week.
“This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of GAIL NSE -1.60 % (India) Limited is scheduled on Wednesday, 27th July 2022 to, inter-alia, consider issuance of Bonus Shares by the Company,” GAIL said in a BSE filing.
