GAIL shares gain 1.08% as Sensex rises
Shares of GAIL NSE 1.10 % (India) Ltd. traded 1.08 per cent up at Rs 130.6 at 11:16AM (IST) on Monday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex gained 595.01 points to 58848.83.
The scrip had settled at Rs 129.2 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 171.35 and 52-week low of Rs 120.95, respectively. As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 11:16AM (IST) stood at 231298 shares with a turnover of Rs 3.01 crore.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 6.11 times its trailing 12-month earnings per share of Rs 21.15 per share and 1.13 times its price-to-book value, BSE data showed.
