GAIL shares gain 0.88% as Sensex falls

Shares of GAIL NSE 1.02 % (India) Ltd. traded 0.88 per cent up at Rs 143.7 at 11:12AM (IST) on Thursday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex dropped 68.05 points to 54301.72.

The stock had settled at Rs 142.45 in the previous session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 170.0 and 52-week low of Rs 81.25, respectively. As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 11:12AM (IST) stood at 329325 shares with a turnover of Rs 4.7 crore.
