GAIL shares gain 0.14% as Sensex falls
Shares of GAIL NSE -0.31 % (India) Ltd. traded 0.14 per cent up at Rs 147.25 at 11:17AM (IST) on Tuesday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex dropped 258.35 points to 60460.36. The scrip had closed at Rs 147.05 in the previous session.
The stock quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low of Rs 171.35 and Rs 92.85, respectively.
As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 11:17AM (IST) stood at 11:17AM shares with turnover at Rs 1.89 crore.
At the current price, shares of the company trades at 6.97 times its trailing 12-month earnings per share of Rs 21.15 per share and 1.13 times its price-to-book value, BSE data showed.
