GAIL jumps 4% as board to consider share buyback on Mar 31
NEW DELHI – GAIL India shares shot up 3.6 per cent in early trade on Monday as the board of the state-run gas and utility player is set to consider share buyback on March 31, marking the second such move in as many years.
The nation’s top gas transporter and distributor said its board of directors, at the meeting on March 31, will also consider and approve the financial results for the quarter and the entire fiscal.
