GAIL (India) Ltd. shares drop 2.48% as Sensex rises
Shares of GAIL (India) Ltd. traded 2.48 per cent down at Rs 84.5 at 02:15PM (IST) on Thursday, even as BSE benchmark Sensex gained 454.96 points to 40333.91. The scrip had closed at Rs 86.65 in the previous session.
The stock quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low of Rs 139.7 and Rs 65.7, respectively.
As per BSE data, total traded volume on the counter till 02:15PM (IST) stood at 02:15PM shares with turnover at Rs 2.59 crore.
At the current price, shares of the company trades at 4.47 times its trailing 12-month earnings per share of Rs 18.89 per share and 0.7 times its price-to-book value, the exchange data showed.
