Former CJI TS Thakur to monitor probe against CG Power

MUMBAI: Former Chief Justice of India TS Thakur will independently monitor the investigations into alleged irregularities at CG Power & Industrial Solutions, three people with direct knowledge of the development said.

The board of directors that took control of the company after the alleged financial fraud came to light had requested Justice Thakur to head the probe, they said.
