Although the number of ‘dense fog’ hours in and around Indira Gandhi International Airport has come down considerably over the past few years, Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) is not leaving nothing to chance.
Announcing a host of measures in anticipation of the winter fog, DIAL said that a 24×7 social media command centre had been set up to inform flyers in real time about any flight delay.
