FIR against J’khand’s Deoghar DC after BJP MP’s complaint

Delhi Police has registered a zero first information report (FIR) against Jharkhand’s Deoghar deputy commissioner (DC) Manjunath Bhajantri and other police officials after a complaint filed by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, at Delhi’s North Avenue police station.

According to the FIR, Dubey stated that on August 31, he along with MP Manoj Tiwari had to catch a flight to Delhi from Deoghar airport.

This comes after the Jharkhand police registered a first information report (FIR) against Dubey, his two sons, Lok Sabha MP Manoj Tiwari, Deoghar airport director and others, for ‘forcefully’ taking clearance for their chartered plane from the Air Traffic Control (ATC) for take-off from Deoghar airport on August 31.
