FASTag now must for toll plaza discounts
New Delhi: The government on Wednesday said it had made FASTag mandatory for availing all discounts on national highway toll plazas. “The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has made the use of FASTag mandatory for availing return journey discount or any other exemptions at toll plazas. Any user who wishes to claim such discounts must have a FASTag on the vehicle,” the ministry said. PTI
