Farmers’ protest: Air India offers free rescheduling for flyers who could not reach Delhi airport on Thursday
NEW DELHI: NEW DELHI: Air India is giving passengers who could not reach Delhi Airport on Thursday to catch their flights a one-time free rescheduling, due to closure of the capital’s border in wake of the farmers’ protest march. IndiGo and Vistara said they will also appropriate steps for passengers who couldn’t reach IGI Airport on time for flights Thursday.
Air India said in a tweet: “In view of traffic disruption in NCR region due to closure of Delhi borders, we are allowing no-show waiver and one free reschedule to passengers who couldn’t report for their flights. Waiver will be valid for flights scheduled out of Delhi airport only for November 26, 2020.”
