‘EVs alone can’t help realise carbon neutrality ambitions: SMC president Toshihiro Suzuki
Electric vehicles (EVs) alone cannot help achieve governments’ objective of moving towards carbon neutrality, Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) president and representative director Toshihiro Suzuki said.
He said the automaker is, therefore, developing region-specific clean mobility solutions, which include compressed biomethane gas (CBG) and alternate fuel driven vehicles, to reduce fuel consumption and vehicular emissions.
