NEW DELHI: State-owned Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) is open to bids from any country, including China, the company’s top executive said.
“We did not cancel any contract due to the country of origin. In future bids, we will go for the most competitive bid; there is no conditionality that we will not consider any particular bids,” Saurabh Kumar, executive vice-chairperson at EESL, told ET on Tuesday.
