Roads in Chajju Majra of Kharar are in a pitiable condition. A locality which is right in the centre of a mushrooming real estate hub continues to be marred by damaged and narrow roads.

The approach road to the area is narrow and dotted with potholes, giving a bumpy ride to commuters. In some spots, the road is so damaged that the gravel has become loose, making it very risky for two-wheelers and the pedestrian.
