DMRC bags responsible org excellence award 2020-21
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has been awarded with first prize at ‘ASSOCHAM 10th responsible organization excellence awards 2020-21’ under category of ‘un-listed company with turnover more than 1000 crores’. DMRC’s MD Dr Mangu Singh received award in a virtual ceremony where Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minister of State, Ministry of Culture, was chief guest.
The performance of organisations was evaluated on various performance based parameters such as Environment, Governance, Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Social Responsibility, Energy Efficiency; Suppliers based performance, health and safety etc. The ‘ASSOCHAM is one of country’s oldest apex chambers and a prominent interface between industries and government comprising leaders, academicians, economists and independent professionals.
