Demands to increase passengers facilities in DRCAC meeting

There was a demand for increase in passenger facilities and train service during the Divisional Railway Consumer Advisory Committee (DRCAC) meeting held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Divisional Railway Manager, Pradeep Gupta at Hatia of Ranchi Railway Division (RRD).

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager cum Chief Public Relations Officer, Nishant Kumar welcomed all the members. A power point presentation of passenger convenience and development works being done at stations of Ranchi division was also shown on this occasion.

During the meeting demand was also raised to one day operation of Swarnajayanti train via Lohardaga-Tori. Ranchi Chopan train should be run early in the morning so that the train can come back to Ranchi the same day. Hatia Durg train should be extended up to Itwari station.
