Delhi High Court maintains status quo on NTPC’s Dadri II till April-end
The Delhi High Court has maintained status quo on re-allocation of Delhi’s share of 728-Mw power from NTPC’s Dadri II to Haryana till April 29, 2022, sources said.
During the hearing, the Government of India counsel requested two-weeks to file a reply. The court granted two weeks to all respondents to file their respective replies, they said.
