Delhi HC stays reallocation of Dadri-II capacity to Haryana
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday kept in abeyance an order of the Central government issued a day ago reallocating the entire capacity of 728 MW from Dadri II power station to Haryana.
“Matter requires consideration. Till the next date of listing, there shall be stay of the impugned order of 29 March 2022,” the high court after considering the plea made by BSES Rajdhani Power that if reallocation is implemented, 23% of the populace of the National Capital would be deprived of power in the next 24 hours.
