Delhi HC seeks govt’s response on Go First lessor’s plea for deregistration of aircraft
The Delhi HC on Friday sought response from the government, on a petition by ACG Aircraft leasing Ireland, one of the debt-laden Go First airlines lessors, seeking deregistration of its leased aircraft in view of the change in law.
DGCA had put in abeyance its four applications for de- registration and export of its aircraft from India.
