Delhi HC rejects SpiceJet’s plea, refuses to interfere with 2018 arbitral award

The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to interfere with the 2018 arbitral award that had asked SpiceJet and Ajay Singh to refund Rs 579 crore plus interest to former promoter Kalanithi Maran.

The bench presided over by Justice Chandra Dhari Singh affirmed the arbitral award passed by an arbitral tribunal on July 20, 2018 in favour of Kal Airways and Maran.
