Delhi discoms utilising only 70% of available power: NTPC

Country’s largest power producer NTPC NSE 1.49 % on Tuesday said it has been making required power available to Delhi but the state’s power distribution companies scheduled only 70% of the electricity.

The statement comes after Delhi power minister Satyendra Jain on Monday said the state’s power plants are left with 2-3 days’ stock while NTPC was operating plants supplying to the state at half capacity.
